- Evaluating a potential merger or acquisition
- Assessing a start-up Practice opportunity
- Evaluating an existing Practice, and mapping improvement opportunities
- Solving the tough problems in your General Practice
- Deep work on Strategy in your General Practice
- Other projects as determined within our domain of expertise
Duration is between 9 am and 4 pm AEST, pending availability
The investment is $30,000 + GST ($33,000 in total)
